Turn lights on in lobby + kitchen + meeting room
Turn machines on
Pull cold brew if need be and put it in the BIG fridge make sure to date it
brew fresh brew + HERITAGE put it in lobby when brewed(be sure to put out the label sign for what coffee is brewed)
Put out fresh water for self serve station(make sure there are plenty water cups)
Turn music on OLIVE COFFEE. OLIVE MUSIC. {OLIVE HOLLADAZE YO} for December(set volume for lobby and kitchen to 30)
light the stove so that the griddle can heat up on LOW
Prep sani buckets for all stations
HERITAGE: Make sure TVs are on and displaying correct menu
Fill bean hopper
Prep drizzle bottles
make sure that the cold brew and lemonade is full in mini fridge
Put away unneeded dishes and put needed dishes in prep areas
Unplug scale and put out for use
Prep front cash drawer and drive thru cash drawer
MONDAY & THURSDAY {count drawers down and communicate amount to Hannah ASAP}
Unlock drive thru window
Make sure front counter is clear of any clutter
Pull shots until your shot has met the desired metrics
Turn on open signs and unlock doors(make sure back door is unlocked)
update pastry counts in POS
put on your smile and get ready to serve so litty coffee
