CLOSING SHIFT – BACK KITCHEN Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.Name *FirstLastDate / TimeDateTimeBACK CLOSER - kitchen *lock the drive thru windowPut away all dairy and any other unneeded itemsFill vanilla, simple syrup, and ALL drizzle bottlesPut vanilla, simple, drizzle bottles in mini fridge fill cold brew and lemonade containers in mini fridge (be sure to label and date them)Prepare cold brew, if we have less than 3 gallons in BIG fridge(be sure to put a note on it that says when to pull it - 16 hours from the time that you make it)Gather dishes and put them in the right sink bay for washingClean espresso machine, [break it down & backflush group heads]Turn off the espresso grinder, puqpress, espresso machinetake off the pitcher rinser drain board and wash it and scrub clean the pitcher rinserWipe away all spent grinds DO NOT USE A RAG TO WIPE THESE UP - use a paper towel, or the brushDump fresh brew and clean pots + baskets (clean all with the tabs cleaner) then turn off the brewerHERITAGE clean out self serve water dispenser ALMA fill water dispenserwipe down the inside and outside of the blender caseWipe down syrup bottles and wall behind FREE of ALL sticky and put the lids/tops on pump headsturn off stove/griddle (HERITAGE TURN OFF GAS)turn off soup warmer and clean potsALMA - clean blender pitcher rinserClean dishes thoroughly and leave [organized] on the shelf to air drytidy + wipe down & sanitize ALL equipment and counter topsShine ALL stainless steelGather used towels, rinse them out and then put them in laundry hamper in inventory closetPlug scale in to charge on the counter by the microwave Plug in drive thru POSCheck inventory and let Hannah know what is neededTake trash to dumpster and refill trash linerMake sure vent hood fan and lights are offSet thermostat to 73 COOL in HOT months and 67 HEAT in the COLD monthsSweep under appliances and all over the kitchen + mopSubmit shift drink formcommunicate any issues you may have had during your shift to your managercheck to make sure the front closer is done with their checklist and help them finish if notSubmit marker board inventory pictureCLOCK OUTLOCK THE BACK DOOR and be safe going home!Submit
